If you change your mind about your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return,
• item(s) purchased only through www.beauteani.com
• must be within 30 days from date of purchase
• all item(s) you are returning must be unopened/unused, in the original packaging, new condition
• for a set with multiple items, you must return the complete set
Email email@example.com with your full name, order number and reason for return. Package all items in a shipping box. Include a copy of your order receipt inside the shipping box. If you do not have the order receipt, please include the following information:

We recommend using a shipping provider that has methods for tracking and/or insuring your package. You are responsible for paying return package shipping costs. We are not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received, it will take 2 to 3 business days to process. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the original form of payment within X days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In the circumstance that you are not eligible for a refund, we will contact you on the email address used to place the order with more information. If redelivery of your return is required, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Replacements will only be considered for orders you receive that are either damaged or incorrect. Replacements will only be made for the same item. If the same item is not available, we will refund the amount back to the original form of payment.
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds or Exchanges will not be considered for:

• personal damages made to item(s)–spills, marks, tears, lost etc.
• opened or used item(s)
• shipping costs
• partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets – all items must be included
• return packages lost or damaged in transit
• your order is marked as delivered but it has been lost, stolen or you are unable to locate it
